Described in the book Stand & Deliver, the TfG is:
- a new system for running governments
- designed to revolutionise their performance, quality and cost
- a way of restoring the balance of power between Parliament and the people
- to be voted into force via national referendums
- applicable as much to the EU and US as to the UK
